Garcinia Cambogia is an herb that's commonly sold as a weight loss supplement in tea form. The herb is high in hydroxycitric acid (HCA). HCA keeps the carbs you eat from turning into fat and suppresses your appetite.
Or, at least, it's supposed to. The studies show that Garcinia Cambogia doesn't have enough HCA to make much impact on your weight or your appetite.
